Villa Mokusiga’s activities coordinator is on hand daily for complimentary in-villa activities and any advice on local excursions, we can arrange these for you.
IN-VILLA ACTIVITIES
Throughout your stay complimentary guided snorkelling or kayaking will be available dependent on tides, as well as a low tide reef exploration walk and viewing of baby white-tip reef sharks. At low tide it is possible to walk along the edge of the reef from the iconic Maui Bay jetty and discover shallow tide pools teeming with life.
The children are sure to enjoy a range of beach games with our activities team such as hermit crab racing, coconut bowling and storytelling in the beach playhouse. Hand line fishing from at the jetty is lots of fun too!
CORAL REEF
Our coral reef is a marine sanctuary and we do our absolute best to protect it, fishing is prohibited within this zone and we encourage guests to adhere to high tides as to not disturb the regrowth of corals.
This stunning marine reserve boasts an array of fish, clams, and coral species. With complimentary use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, snorkelling equipment you’re sure to discover some beautiful creatures!
EXPERIENCE THE CORAL COAST
On the Coral Coast there is beautiful inland and ocean scenery to explore and many adventures to be had for all ages. A guest favourite is the lush rainforest walk to Biasevu Waterfall or a private game fishing charter to chase Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi.
Boat trip out to the picturesque Yanuca Island with tropical lunch, experience the thrill of the Sigatoka River Safari jet boating adventure, or white water rafting inland on the scenic Navua River. Surf the local breaks or if you're a beginner wanting to catch your first wave, then you must try surf school here on the Coral Coast!
Whether you're a certified PADI diver or just keen to begin, there are many dive options available. At the hot glass blowing studio you can create your own unique glass piece, a special momento of your trip to Fiji to take home with you!
